Privacy policy

AI Voice Pro operates Shorts Voice Studio at aivoicepro.in. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the website and Studio. We do not invent data practices here — only what the product actually does.

Accounts and authentication

If you register, we collect your email address, password (stored hashed), and optional display name. Google sign-in may provide your Google account id, email, name, and profile picture. We store a credit balance on your account and related credit ledger entries when credits change.

After login, a session token may be kept in your browser (localStorage) so you stay signed in.

Studio scripts and generated audio

Text you type or paste into Studio is sent to our servers to generate audio (and optional captions). We do not keep a permanent library of your full script text on the server for later browsing. Generation logs may store technical details such as approximate text length, credit cost, status, and IP address for abuse prevention and accounting.

Your browser may also save a local draft of your script and recent voice choices in localStorage so you can continue editing after a refresh.

Voice generation uses third-party speech services. Do not submit passwords, payment secrets, or highly sensitive personal data in the script box.

Guest credits

Guest (no-login) free credits are limited per IP address. We may use IP-based logs to enforce that limit.

Contact and support

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, topic, message, and optional phone number you submit, plus technical metadata such as IP address and user agent, so we can reply and reduce spam.

Payments

When you buy a credit pack via UPI, we collect the plan you chose, UTR / payment reference, payer name, optional note, and a payment screenshot you upload, along with your account email / user id, so we can verify payment and add credits. Payment request status is shown in your profile.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (gtag) to understand aggregate traffic and product usage on aivoicepro.in. Analytics may set or read cookies or similar identifiers provided by Google. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles of individual scripts.

Cookies and local storage

Besides analytics cookies (if set by Google), the site uses browser localStorage for session tokens and Studio drafts / recent voices. We do not use sessionStorage for core product features today.

Technical logs

Hosting and application logs may include IP address, browser type, request paths, and timestamps for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Third parties

Processors may include: speech synthesis providers for TTS, email delivery for OTPs and transactional mail, Google (Analytics and optional Google sign-in), and our hosting provider. Learn (learn.aivoicepro.in) is a separate educational site with its own pages and policies.
