You do not need an AI music generator for this. Use music you already have rights to, keep it quiet, and mix it under the speech.

• Your script turned into a voice MP3
• A background track you are allowed to use
• A way to mix them so speech stays louder than music

Step-by-step in Shorts Voice Studio

1. Generate the voiceover in Studio and preview it
2. Upload your own background MP3 (keep it under 12 MB)
3. Set music volume low — around 15–25% is a safe start
4. Click Mix with voice
5. Download the combined MP3 and drop it into CapCut

Volume tips that save the take

• If you cannot hear every word, the music is too loud
• Test on a phone speaker, not only headphones
• Busy tracks need lower volume than soft piano loops

Music rights (keep it simple)

Use your own track, licensed music, or a royalty-free loop you are allowed to publish. Studio mixes the files — it does not grant music licenses.
