Fix the script first
- Cut any sentence you cannot say in one breath
- Put commas and periods where you actually pause
- Write numbers the way you want them heard (“four digits”, not “4” if the engine swallows it)
- Read the hook out loud once. If you stumble, the voice will too
- Stay under 700 characters per generate so you are not stuffing a paragraph into one take
Match mood to the first five seconds
A calm tutorial mood on a hype hook feels fake. A funny mood on a tax tip feels fake too. In Studio, primary moods (normal, funny, dramatic, shorts_hype, calm) are enough for most Shorts. Extra moods live under More options — open them after the take already works.
